Refund Policy – Canada Mobile Car Detailing
At Canada Mobile Car Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional detailing services and ensuring our clients are 100% satisfied with the results. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are processed.
1. Refund Eligibility
We strive for perfection in every detail, but if you are unsatisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
✔ Service Not Rendered: If your scheduled appointment is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances and we cannot reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
✔ Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with your detailing service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will first offer a free reservice to correct any issues. If the issue persists, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the severity of the issue.
✔ Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
❌ Client No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, your payment is non-refundable.
❌ Partially Completed Services: Once a detailing service has started, it cannot be refunded.
❌ Dissatisfaction Due to Unrealistic Expectations: While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some pre-existing damages, stains, or deep scratches may not be fully removable. Refunds will not be issued for issues beyond our control.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
✔ Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
✔ Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice): A $50 cancellation fee applies.
✔ Emergency Rescheduling: If you have an emergency, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method within:
✔ 3-5 business days for credit/debit card payments.
✔ 5-7 business days for bank transfers or other payment gateways.
